visitors hotline insertThe Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau’s 31st annual Visitor Hotline is now open and will remain active through Thursday, Jan. 2, 2015.

Rose Queen Madison Elaine Triplett and the Royal Court cut the ribbon Monday to kick off this year’s Visitors Hotline, and then worked the phones to answer calls to the hotline.

Tickets to the Jan. 1 Tournament of Roses Parade will be awarded to kick off the opening day of this year’s Visitors Hotline. Throughout the day, Monday, Dec. 29, contestants have the chance to win parade tickets by following the Visitor Hotline on Twitter at @VisitPasadenaCA, on Facebook at /VisitPasadena or Instagram at #VisitPasadena.

Developed as a service to assist visitors attending the Tournament of Roses Parade and the Rose Bowl Game, the Visitors Hotline is offered toll-free at 877-793-9911.

This year’s Visitor Hotline is once again staffed annually by volunteers from throughout the community who answer questions about the 126th Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl College Football Playoff Semifinal Game on Jan. 1. Volunteers are also able to provide information about pre- and post-parade and game activities, parade float decorating, parking, accommodations, dining, directions, other holiday-related events, and more.
